Video Art

Hugo Chen（中文：陳永賢）1965 born in Taiwan. In 1989 and 1994 graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts with B.F.A and M.A Fine Art degrees. In 2004 Chen got his PhD of Arts and Communication from The University of Brighton, UK. In 1982, after first solo exhibition in Taiwan, he keeps on having solo or group exhibitions throughout the world and won several international awards, in 1994 The Maple Leaf Award of Bronze Maple in Canada and 2002 Back's Futures Prize for Film and Video in UK.
