The artistic concept of this work is to transform festivals into a public service. The project invites artist to stay in a remote rural village. They live there as resident artists, interacting with local people, turning their life experiences into artworks, and offering reflection on art, life, as well as the relationship with the residents. In the project, the artists are no longer the creators of the artworks but the creators of a platform, through which they find an entry point to intervene in public spaces. It is their action which changes the relationship between art and society.
