The is a extent of the project “Legs”. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the two trapezoid-shaped boxes (originated from the shape of pants). To increase the distortion and flexibility of the body, I connected the two boxes with cloth. Similar to the features of the bellow of an accordion or the bellow of a folding camera. I attached the top and bottom of a cane on to both of the boxes. Theoretically, this is a cane, but it is distorted, it cannot be applied force. The cane is only a representative of a person. When the cane bends and falls to the ground, it is like the bottom half of a person. This also means that this cane also represents a pair of legs. The way that this project will be displayed is the cane will be hooked on to a handicap handle. This way, the limp cane will be able to stand up.

The hollow insides and gravity makes up the powerless image of the cane. It cannot stand up on its own. It needs the assist from handles or the support of a wall. This contains natural factors of physic and also human-made factors.
