"Flowing Pride" describes one’s track in the city through fragments of visual memory. In the memory, the weather is hazy, the viewpoint is vertical. It is a blank condition and also a habit of watching.
Describing this abstracted status by cutting time into pieces, using the texture of concentric circles to create a collage of time in images. The space glides like in a railway carriage, and floating like a boat in the city. "Flowing Pride II" simplifies the visualization of the concept of time--halting the space in an ignored period of time in a city. A deserted balcony, some fluttering canvas entwining on an antenna. Through the segments and the collage of images, this particular period of time is reproduced. The canvas seems to be parasitic on the antenna, leaping, waving and lingering away its life.
