The exhibition consists of two projects: First, the collection of limited artwork created by the eight artists, including Jun Yang (Austria), Heman Chong (Singapore), Lee Kit (Hong Kong), Apichatpong Weerasethaku (Thailand), Chen Chieh-Jen (Taiwan), Yu Cheng-Ta (Taiwan), Pak Sheung Chuen (Hong Kong), Tse Su-Mei (Luxembourg). This project provided the main operational funding for TCAC in 2013. The second project of the exhibition is artist Yu-Cheng Chou’s creative project “Yuasa Battery”: Within the exhibition space of TCAC, illumination becomes dependent on an independent circuit. One has to manually control the alternator for light to be shed on to the room.
