Born in 1983, Yung-Lin Wang is now living and working in Taipei as an art critic and curator. After finishing her service as an in-house curator at the exhibition section of Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Wang then works as an independent curator. She has planned the exhibitions as the following: Life is a metaphor, you are the metaphor at Artist Fair Taiwan, Mental-logue/Monster-logue at Soka Art Center, A Poignant Dance in the Mass Media History at Am Space in Hong Kong, Loss of Gravity at Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Forest at Tina Keng Gallery and We Are All Cannon Fodder of this Epoch at Taipei Artist Village. As an art critic, Wang has deeply concerned about the issues related to language of images, Taiwanese media art, development of sounds, arts and sciences and study of technology. Her articles have been published on ARTCO, Artist Magazine, Art Collection + Design, Art. Investment, Art Plus, Journal of Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Art Accrediting by Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, ArtChina (Shanghai), LEAP Magazine (Beijing) and Quotation (Japan).
