Born in 1979 in Taipei, Taiwan. Graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts and graduated from Institute of Plastic Arts, Tainan National University of the Arts. Now Cheng Shih-Chun is the CEO of "RedSun Art&Design Ltd", the director of Association of the Visual Arts in Taiwan, the secretary of the legislator in Congressional Research Office. The forms of the creation are major in "video Installation", "performance live art" and "Stainless steel sculpture".Because of the experience of organizing Rock’n’Roll band for a long period of time, the works always display the element of music and experiments of sound.

From 20003 to 2010, Cheng Shih-Chun has extensively traveled to Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, New York, U.S.A, UK, Germany, Japan, Seoul, Gwangju, Busan, Hong Kong, Macau, Russia, Portugal, the Philippines, Indonesia, Macedonia and so on, and has participated in international events such as “Shanghai Biennale”, “New-generation Art of Taiwan”, “Taiwan Biennial”, “CO6—Taiwan AVANT- Garde Documental”, “Inward Gazes—Documentaries of Chinese Performance Arts”, “Solo Exhibition in Location Long March Space 798”, “OPEN Performance Art Festival” to present his video art and performance art.
