What I present is the experience of working in a dessert shop. I knead the remaining dough after making cookies into a ball and collect it, and then sculpt it according to the color and appearance of each dough, and then bake it. The finished shape varies with the degree of expansion.
I treat the works made from these remnants as the experience points I store every time I work, and at the same time I re-use the waste that is about to be discarded. In my opinion, these are more personally conscious than the cookies I make for customers. I also want to own. During the exhibition, I imagined my exhibition area as myself. The placement of these "sculptures" is also based on my thinking when I set up the exhibition, and the audience appreciates the experience I have saved while working.
2018
Since the works are stored, these works have not decayed, representing the strong effect of the preservatives of the dough itself. These "zombie biscuits" are in an embarrassing state of being dead or alive, as if they are narrating my daily life and what I have done. In the growing environment.
