This series, The Other Side, is created for looking at and questioning myself. I look at the past self who was expectant of everything and who had a firm will power. If the path of life is walked on with a faster and faster pace, and the self is forced to change appearances incessantly, whose appearance will this be? Will I still be the original me?
How are you? I pause and look at myself. Through the gaze that crosses the realistic and imaginary dreams of life, I am lost.
Who are you? The face that has become unrecognizable, solid and unfamiliar is uncertain and hazy. I forget.
Camouflage in the presence of retina is a joke of existence. Want to see a scene that has turned into a mass of mirage? Rewrite and reinterpret that familiar language, try to create the possibility of self, try to break-free of the constraints of structure, try to release all the drag and pull, but I stop at the moment of a silent space. At this moment, I want to go against the wind. Perhaps I have not found any possibilities of extending realities, but I am certain that the endless floating or a hidden state is a test before the arrival of a glimmering light.
