It’s a parody on “Lunch on the Grass” by Manet, showing how Nature has been taken away by human beings for the past few centuries. Compared to the big trees and meadow which represents Nature in Manet’s works, now people can only have their afternoon tea on a small piece of grass within the buildings of the city.
