From different perspectives on the three massings in the project design for inside/outside perception, we have minimally four kinds of "perception of the overall state of space obtained from different visual angles, " including the pure exterior (looking up from the first floor and looking down from the second floor), the pure interior (the pink massing), the exterior of the interior (the pearl pink massing), and the interior of the exterior (the bright yellow massing). By unzipping the exterior and interior of the massing, the artist "breaks through" the barrier between the impression on visual space and the physical sense of space. The audience's body and vision simultaneously experience what George Spencer-Brown terms as "transmission" and "subversion. " In other words, body perception and visual perception simultaneously transmit themselves to the positions close to each other. Meanwhile, the independence of body perception and visual perception is subverted and their interdependence increased when the new category of "space as an integral" emerges, and thereby generates the spatial perception known as "synesthesia" or "Gestalt. " In such an excellent way, "No. 72" addresses the question of spatialized space.
